Refund Policy
We hope you love your purchase from Harriet Rose Art, but if you're not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer a refund under the following terms:
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If you’ve changed your mind or no longer want the item, you are welcome to return it.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned in the original condition they were sent in.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked service, as refunds cannot be issued for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 days after the item’s return for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Exclusions
Please note that custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please email hello@harrietroseart.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you'd like to return. We’ll provide return instructions from there.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
