Meet the Maker
Harriet Rose is a Bristol based artist working predominantly in relief printing. She graduated from Kingston School of Art in 2019 and founded Harriet Rose Art in 2021
“My creative roots stem from childhood summers on the Jurassic Coast, scouring the beach for shells and small fossils, knee deep in rock pools with fists full of seaweed. Long walks across the cliff tops looking out at the never ending ocean, full of secrets. I never lost that childhood wonder and fascination with the creatures that surround us, I now explore it through my relief printing practice. Focusing on creatures considered too mundane or perhaps too slimy to be popular.
By reproducing these creatures through a whimsical lens I aim to imbue them with character and personality, to shine a light on their truly fascinating qualities.”

Designs with nature in mind
We don't want our products to damage the environment, we use recycled card stock, organic and ethically sourced cotton and paper made from recycled coffee cups, All our packaging is plastic free, recyclable or compositable.
