By placing an order with Harriet Rose Art, you agree to the terms and conditions below. These are designed to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for everyone.

1. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via [your payment platform, e.g. Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments].

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with order details. If there are any issues, we’ll get in touch as soon as possible.

2 . Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within 2-4 working days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

We’re not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs, but we’ll always do our best to help if something goes wrong.

3. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in the original condition
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping
Refunds are issued once the item has been returned and checked

4. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at Hello@harrietroseart.co.uk . If your item has not yet been dispatched, we’ll cancel and refund it. If it’s already been shipped, you may return it once it arrives.

5. Custom or Personalised Items

Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

6. Product Information

All artworks and products are described as accurately as possible, but please note:

Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings
Each print is hand-made, so small variations may occur — it’s part of their charm!

7. Copyright

All artwork, images, and designs are the property of Harriet Rose Art and are protected by copyright law. Reproducing or using them without permission is not allowed.
